** Class runs 5:45 to 7pm. Sorry our booking system is stupid and doesn't comprehend 15 minute increments.** This adult ballet class is for beginners and nostalgic dancers alike. We will stick to simple movements, yet incorporate artistry into each exercise. This class will help you to improve coordination, get stronger, gain a deeper understanding of the mechanics of dancing ballet... and enjoy the process, too. You'll be truly dancing from day one! Musical accompaniment will be heavily influenced by goth classics from the 80s, 90s and beyond. We still think you're cool and want to dance with you if you don't wear all black. Ballet shoes are totally optional, feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable and can move easily in. **When you book the system will tell you you are booking a class for 5:30 but class begins at 5:45. Our booking policy says please arrive 5-15 minutes before class so you may arrive as early as 5:30 for class but we will begin at 5:45 and that is the cutoff for attendence so we can give you access to the building** Class Pricing: All of our drop in classes are offered on a sliding scale basis. You may pick your price from $5-20 (no questions asked). If you would like to commit to a 1 month series (good for the whole calendar month and non-transferrable) its $35 for all 4 (or 5) classes of that month for the selected class. Our instructors continue to revisit a specific theme or skill all through each month. We prefer booking online but if you want to pay via Venmo or cash please make sure to email the instructor before class or ensure there is space available before you show up in studio. Be sure to show up 5-15 minutes before class starts or we may not be able to come and let you in.
